Residential Professional Appraiser

Appraiser responsibilities include:  Field and office work associated with the appraisal of rural, residential, and commercial property.  Once must be able to confidently interact with the public/property owners in a professional and courteous manner.  Also, must be able to defend appraisal values and techniques during protest times. 

Staffing requirements:  must hold a High School diploma or GED, a college degree is preferred.  Applicants must hold or be able to obtain a RPA license, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to sustain a strong work environment.  All applicants must possess a current Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record and agree to and pass a background check.

This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance, retirement, and paid holidays.  Salary is based on experience.
