Postal delivery dates may vary but the deadline is still 30 days from the date on the notice. For most this will be May 20, 2022. The Erath County Appraisal District will conduct informal hearings by telephone only. Formal protests may be filed in the event you are not satisfied with an informal decision. Formal Protest hearings will be conducted by telephone, written affidavit and in person. We appreciate your patience during this time.
